| Rules and Regulation |
1. |
Open to all Malaysian Universities/Colleges Student and foreign universities/colleges students who are currently studying in Malaysia. |
2. |
Design ideas must be original and has not yet to be commercialised, displayed or shown to any manufacturer. |
3. |
Applicants may send more than one entries. |
4. |
The organiser cannot be held liable and responsible for any damages, claims or lost of entries before or after the competition. |
5. |
Submission of entries implies acceptance of the rules and regulation. |
6. |
‘MGPA’ will be the sole owner of all designs submitted to this competition. |
7. |
Participants shall agree that all intellectual property rights reside in the submitted works as exclusively for ‘MGPA’ sole use and benefit. |
8. |
The decision of the judges (herein MGPA) is final and no further correspondences will be entertained. |

| Evaluation Criteria |
The organiser has the right to appoint any judges to evaluate the participating entries and decisions made by the panel of judges is final. The evaluation is based on : |

Product Innovativeness. |
2. |
Product Originality. |
3. |
Ideal for corporate gifts, marketing incentives or recognitions. |
4. |
Handy and Carriable (Portable Design). |
5. |
Quality of Presentation. |
6. |
Such as : Apparels / Bags / Trophies / Drinkware / Jewelry / Electronic Item / Stationaries / Pewterware / Diaries / Toys / Umbrellas / Writing Instruments / etc. |

| Entry Submission |
1. |
Every submission must be sent together with a complete original or photocopied entry form (For applicants send more than one entries, kindly use separate entry form for every submission). |
2. |
Name, signature, institution’s name and designers photo are not to be written or pasted at the front or back page of any drawings. |
3. |
Participants must also send the followings : |

i) |
Full colour presentation drawings in 3-Dimensional (top, front, rear, side and perspective view) on an A3 Paper. |
ii) |
Technical drawing (top, front, rear and side view) on an A3 Paper. |
iii) |
Every submission must be accompanied with a brief report (not more than 500 words) which is typed on an A4 Paper on the design rationale or information related. |
iv) |
Proposed materials to be used. |
v) |
All presentation drawing must be mounted on mounting board. |
